Forgot your password? No worries! We’ll help you regain access to your account in just a few simple steps. Choose one of the methods below to reset your password via the Shopee App:
Method 1: Reset via ShopeePay PIN
Tap "Forgot?" on the login page.
Enter your Phone Number/Email linked to your account.
Tap "Next".
Select "Verify with ShopeePay PIN".
Enter your ShopeePay PIN.
Set your new password.
Tap "OK"—you're back in!
Method 2: Reset via Phone Number
Tap "Forgot?" on the login page.
Enter your Phone Number/Email linked to your account.
Tap "Next".
Select "Verify with Phone Number".
Complete the CAPTCHA (if prompted).
Enter the Verification Code sent via WhatsApp/SMS.
Set your new password.
Tap "OK"—you're back in!
Method 3: Reset via Email Address
Tap "Forgot?" on the login page.
Enter your Phone Number/Email linked to your account.
Tap "Next".
Select "Verify with Email OTP".
Complete the CAPTCHA (if prompted).
Enter the Verification Code sent to your email.
Set your new password.
Tap "OK"—you're all set!
